Tofu Quiche recipe
Ingredients mass
½ cup of nuts-and-stop
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup white flour
2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
A pinch of salt
½ cup water or as needed to bind
Filling ingredients
1 500g tofu
3 teaspoons miso
A pinch of salt
1 ½ tablespoon rice vinegar
1 bunch chives, chopped
Procedure for mass
Process until the nuts turn a meal, add the remaining ingredients in a bowl and put ina quiche pans to one. Bring to bake for 10 minutes in oven 150 degrees.
The filling procedure
Process all ingredients except chives
After mixing the onions and put on pasta pre-baked.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Guarnercer with herbs and cherry tomatoes.
