How to make Syrup of dried fruit and apple ?

Syrup of dried fruit and apple recipe 
Ingredients
½ cup white raisins
½ cup black raisins
½ cup chopped apricot
½ cup chopped dried fig
1 cup apple juice
1 cup water and half
1 cinnamon stick, orange zest, lemon zest
Procedure
Cook on low all ingredients and cook slowly for 15 minutes. Serve with ginger cookies and cream of chestnuts.

How to make Ginger Bread?


Ginger bread recipe 
Ingredients
1 cup + 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
½ teaspoon of spice for gingerbread
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup canola oil
½ cup molasses
1 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
Procedure
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix dry ingredients except the salt. Mix the wet ingredients plus salt and mix both. Bake in a greased with oil and flour

Salad radishes, peas and orange mini



Ingredients
5 radishes rolled
8 oranges kinkan
8-peas pies
½ cup cashew nuts cashew
1 zucchini
Sauce
400ml olive oil, extra virgin
100ml of apple cider vinegar or champagne
4 tablespoons molasses
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Dry dill dill

Procedure
Laminar radishes and oranges, removing them the seeds.
Prick the pie in pea-diagonal and laminating the zucchini in half-moon.
Mix the sauce ingredients, emulsifying them with a whisk.
Mix everything, and finally the nuts and serve.

Black rice with mushrooms and asparagus


Ingredients
3 cups of organic brown rice leg
1 ½ cup black rice
250g mushroom organic laminates
1 bunch asparagus rolled diagonally
1 cup leeks diagonally laminated
1 teaspoon crushed pink peppercorns
1 / 3 cup chopped chives
Sea salt to taste
Olive oil
Procedure
Cook the rice in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
Cook the rice out of the black pressure for 10 minutes.
Sauté the leeks in a thread of olive oil, add mushrooms, saute for 5 minutes, add the cooked rice and black rice, mix the asparagus and cook 2 more minutes.
Turn off and serve with olive oil extra virgin.

How to make Beef with Banana Roast?


Beef with Banana Roast recipe 
Ingredients
Beef I   KG.
Big Onion 2
Sliced Ginger 60 g
Garlic 45 g
Green chilli 30 g
Skin removed banana 400 g
Coconut oil 60 ml
Lime 1
Curry Leaves 2 sprig
Masala Items
Garam Masala 40 g
Chilli Powder 35 g
Coriander Powder 40 g
Turmeric Powder 25 g
Salt
Method of Preparation
Clean and Wash twice the Meat. Then cut into small pieces and boil it.
Cut the banana into pieces and boil it. Then mix with banana and meat. Add turmeric powder and salt. Then heat oil in a pan. The ginger, sliced onion, green chilli, garlic and curry leaves put into the pan and add all masalas and fry well. After frying put meat and banana into the pan. Then hear nicely. Before take from heating squeeze little lime.  

How to make Pazham pori ?

Ingredients
Nenthra Pazham - 2 big ones
Maida / All purpose flour - 3/4 cup (can use more)
Sugar - 3-4 tsp
Cooking Soda - 2 pinches
Turmeric - a tiny pinch.
Rice flour - 1 tsp (opt I didn't use this time)
Oil for deep frying

Method to prepare:

Peel the banana and cut in the middle horizontally. Then proceed to cut vertically into think strips. Take the flour, sugar and cooking soda in a bowl, mix well. Then slowly add the water to get a thick batter. Whisk it well so that it rises up. You wont actually see the rise but you can see froth coming out during whisking.

Heat Pan with oil. When it is hot, dip the banana strips into the batter on both sides and gently drop into the hot oil. If the banana/plantain is over ripe, it will slip very badly, so got to hold it tight!

Once it turns lightly golden flip to the other side. When done, remove on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
