Preparations
Firstly sift flour and measure. Then add cinnamon and baking powder and then sift 3 times. Then cream butter. Then add sugar a little at a time. And beat until fluffy and light. Then add the Eggs and then beat thoroughly. Then fold in the ground nuts. Then add flour gradually. Then mix well. Then shape the dough in roll about 1 inch thick. Then refrigerate them for at-least 14 hours. Then slice very thin. Then bake 12 minutes on the greased baking sheet in a preheated 410º oven.
